Fresh splashes of colour for an inspiring learning environment

In the brand-new L’Orée neighbourhood in Crissier – west of Lausanne – the architectural firm Itten+Brechbühl is transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant community with its own distinct identity. Situated between the town and the countryside, the project comprises 450 flats, retail and office space, a primary school and a retirement and care home. Within this dynamic community, Embru has contributed a versatile range of furniture for primary and lower secondary schools.
