The newsletter as an important means of communication

The newsletter is a simple and quick way of informing interested individuals or users about the latest news in as personalised a manner as possible. It consists of a collection of information sent to a specific group of customers. Many companies and organisations use such email tools to reach the market. This makes it very difficult to stand out, which is why we strive for customer-focused and, where possible, personalised communication. Due to the newsletter’s high market penetration, stricter measures apply to it (see the section on data protection).
Through this newsletter subscription, Embru aims to help foster better relationships with its customers and offer them added value, so that they, in turn, reciprocate this.

Through our newsletter, we therefore ensure that content is judged on quality rather than quantity.

Data protection in the handling of addresses

In principle, the provisions are set out in the UWG (Unfair Competition Act). In practice, the scope for interpretation is applied differently, which is difficult to define precisely given the possibilities offered by digital technology. From September 2023 at the latest, with the introduction of the new data protection regulations, the mail servers of the various providers will enforce these measures.

At this point, we refer you to the applicable data protection regulations, which we are continually updating.
