Customer Service Specialist

Embru is one of Switzerland’s leading companies in the development, manufacture and distribution of high-quality furniture for the educational, care, office and residential sectors. Around 200 employees work at the Rüti site, roughly half of whom are in production. The plant in Rüti, covering an area of 20,000 m², comprises various production halls and machinery for processing steel, aluminium, stainless steel, sheet metal and tubes. Responsibilities

In this varied role, your skills in the technical aspects of the organisation as well as in communication and support will be essential. You will act as the link between customers and various internal departments. You will also oversee logistics and carry out any necessary service, maintenance and installation work, both internally and externally.

• Technical point of contact for our products
• Handling customer enquiries by telephone and in writing
• Carrying out service, maintenance and installation work, both in-house and on-site
• Preparing quotations and orders for service and repairs
• Internal and external support
• Managing the spare parts and service stock
• Resourcing and scheduling for customer service

Your profile

• Commercial training with a technical flair, or technical/craft training with a commercial flair
• A ‘doer’ with an independent, structured and precise approach to work
• Highly customer-focused – reliable, competent and solution-oriented
• Enjoys direct contact with customers, both internally and externally
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Languages: German and French, good to very good
